Poop Pawtrol LLC - Terms & Conditions

Service Terms of Use

We want to ensure that you have a great experience with our services, so here are a few important details regarding your responsibilities and our policies:

Client Responsibilities:

  • Safe Access: You are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed access to your yard on scheduled service days. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pathways are clear of debris, and any aggressive or territorial animals are secured. If our team is unable to complete a scheduled cleanup due to access issues, a service charge equivalent to the regular service fee will apply for that visit.

  • Notification of Pet Changes: Please notify Poop Pawtrol LLC immediately of any changes in the number of pets using the yard. This is crucial for accurate service and pricing. Failure to notify us may result in adjustments to your service fees.

  • Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due within 24 hours of the job completion. Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided. We accept credit/debit cards via our online payment platform. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $20.

Inclement Weather:

  • In the event of inclement weather conditions (such as heavy rain, snow, thunderstorms, or other hazardous conditions) that make it unsafe or impossible for our team to perform a scheduled cleanup, we will reschedule your service for the next available day. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any weather-related delays or cancellations.

Service Pauses:

  • If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period (due to vacation, illness, etc.) and you wish to pause our service to avoid unnecessary visits and charges, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled service date. Service can be paused for a mutually agreed-upon period and resumed upon your notification.

Liability:

  • Poop Pawtrol LLC and its employees are not liable for any damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property that may occur during the provision of our services. While we exercise utmost care, unforeseen circumstances can arise. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your property and pets.

Fees and Promotions:

  • Our service fees and any promotional offers are subject to change at any time. In the event of any changes to our fees or the discontinuation of a promotion that affects your service, we will provide you with written notification at least two (2) weeks in advance of the effective date of the change.

Termination of Service:

  • Either party (Poop Pawtrol LLC or the client) may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. 7 days advance notice is requested but not required. In the event of termination, any outstanding balances for services already rendered are due within fifteen (15) days of the termination date.

Agreement:

By initiating and continuing to utilize the services of Poop Pawtrol LLC, both the client and Poop Pawtrol LLC acknowledge and agree to these terms and responsibilities. If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding these terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Poop Pawtrol LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content on the Website.
